1. The product is out of stock / When will it be available again?

To be among the first to know when your desired product is back in stock, use the “Back in Stock Alert” feature. You’ll find the button at the bottom of the product page, next to the “Ask a Question” button. Simply click “Watch” > “Back in Stock,” and you’ll receive an email notification as soon as the product is available again.


2. Information about discounts and promotions


For regular updates on discounts and promotions, you can set up an email alert. The button is at the bottom of the product page, next to the “Ask a Question” button. Click “Watch” > “On Sale.”
Alternatively, follow our official Instagram profile, where we share all the latest news and offers.


3. I placed an order but didn’t receive a confirmation email


If you placed an order but haven’t received a confirmation email, please check that your payment was successfully completed. If you encounter any issues with payment or bank details, feel free to contact us at office@ulanik.com.


4. I paid for my order, but it hasn’t been shipped yet


There might be an issue with our system or on the bank’s end. Please contact us at office@ulanik.com and include a screenshot of your payment confirmation

5. When will I receive my order?


Delivery times depend on courier service availability:

• Within the Czech Republic: Approximately 1–2 business days
• Slovakia and Germany: Approximately 3–4 business days
